AutoMarket is operated by Seridian. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, hashed password, and organization membership.
- Workspace data you enter: products, campaigns, content, budgets, leads, contacts, and settings.
- Data from the platforms you connect, described below.
- Delivery events for outreach email (sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, unsubscribed).
- Public business listings from OpenStreetMap and public business websites when you run Local Discovery.
Data from connected platforms
You can connect ad, social, and website platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Microsoft, Snapchat, Threads, WordPress, Shopify, and Webflow. For each one we store:
- The access tokens or keys you grant. These are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and never shown back to the browser.
- The account, Page, or property IDs you pick.
- Results of your ads and posts, such as spend, impressions, reach, clicks, and conversions.
We use this data only to run and report on the ads, posts, and syncs you set up. Disconnect a platform on the Integrations page to delete its saved login right away.
How we use it
- To run the campaigns, ads, posts, and outreach you configure.
- To generate AI suggestions with OpenAI. Prompts include only the workspace fields needed for the request.
- To bill subscriptions through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Payment details are entered with Stripe; AutoMarket receives subscription information but never receives or stores full card numbers.
Outreach recipients
Every outreach email includes the sender's postal address and a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes, bounces, and complaints are added to a suppression list and are never emailed again by that workspace. Recipients may contact us to have their data removed.
Sub-processors
- Convex (database and backend), Netlify (web hosting), Resend (email), Stripe (billing), OpenAI (AI).
- Ad and social platforms you connect, which receive the campaign data you choose to publish.
Retention and deletion
Owners can delete a workspace from Settings, which permanently removes its data. Anyone can delete their own account there too. Disconnected logins are erased immediately. Backups expire within 30 days. Read how to delete your data.
