Refund and cancellation policy

AutoMarket subscriptions are billed monthly in US dollars per workspace. The subscription renews automatically on its monthly renewal date until the workspace owner cancels it.

Cancel a subscription

The workspace owner can cancel at any time from Billing by opening the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Paid features remain available through the end of the current paid billing period; the workspace then returns to the Free plan.

Refunds

Subscription payments are not refundable or prorated for a partially used billing period, except where required by law or when a charge was made in error. Email support@seridian.dev to request review of an incorrect or duplicate charge.

Ad-platform spend

Google, Meta, and other advertising platforms bill connected accounts directly. AutoMarket does not collect or refund ad spend. Contact the platform that processed the charge about its refund policy.
