Terms of service

By using AutoMarket you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to market the products you add and to use the platform accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for complying with advertising policies of each platform and with anti-spam and privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and the TCPA.
• You must provide an accurate physical mailing address before sending outreach email.
• No deceptive, illegal, or prohibited content, and no purchased or scraped personal email lists.

Ad spend

Ad platforms bill your connected accounts directly. AutoMarket enforces the caps you configure and sets platform-side budgets where APIs allow, but platform reporting can lag. You remain responsible for charges made by the platforms.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in US dollars per workspace and renew monthly until canceled. The workspace owner can cancel from the Billing page using the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access to paid features continues through the current paid period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Promotions

The eligibility, discount, duration, and renewal price for a promotion are shown with the offer and at checkout. The regular monthly price applies when a promotion ends unless its offer terms say otherwise.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before a claim.
